Warranty Coverage
- The items are covered under a limited warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery to the customer.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage resulting from improper handling or exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or direct sunlight
- Use of detergents, abrasive cleaners, or chemicals that may affect the finish or integrity of the item
- Negligence, abuse, accidents, or improper use
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, cuts, tears, or indentations
- Floor samples or items sold “as is” at the time of purchase
- Natural variations in color, grain, or texture due to the use of natural materials

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover any loss, expense, or damage beyond the product itself.
How to File a Warranty Claim
