We want you to feel confident that you're getting the best possible value when you shop with us. That’s why we offer a Lowest Price Guarantee on select products from Elk Home and Whiteline Modern Living. This policy applies only to qualifying items from these brands and may be subject to verification and availability.
How It Works
If you find the same product available at a lower price on another online store within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll do our best to match it.
We work directly with our suppliers to follow minimum advertised pricing (MAP) guidelines. If a competitor is offering a lower price outside of these guidelines, we’ll contact the brand directly. If the price match is approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
This guarantee also applies to our own pricing. If the item you purchased drops in price on our website within 30 days of your order, we’ll refund the difference to you.
How to Request a Price Match
- Email us a link to the same product on both our website and the competitor’s website.
- Make sure your request is submitted within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
- We’ll review the request and process any eligible refund accordingly.
Price Guarantee Limitations
- You must have already purchased the product from our website.
- Offers including rebates, bundle deals, or “buy one, get one free” are excluded.
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of the request.
- The competitor must be an online-only retailer (no physical retail location).
- We do not match prices from auction or discount sites (eBay, Overstock, Walmart, Amazon, etc.).
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question.
- Price match includes the total cost of the item plus shipping (sales tax excluded).
