We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. All coffee tables from ELK Home are backed by a limited warranty to ensure quality and reliability.

What’s Covered

  • All home coffee tables are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage that occurs during moving, handling, or shipping (after delivery)
  • Labor or service costs for removal, installation, or inspection
  • Items that have been modified, altered, or used for commercial purposes

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our support team and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.
  2. We will assess your claim and may request additional information or ask that the item be returned for inspection.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item or part at no additional cost. In some cases, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.

Important Notes

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Do not attempt to return any item without first receiving authorization from our support team.
