We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. All coffee tables from ELK Home are backed by a limited warranty to ensure quality and reliability.
What’s Covered
- All home coffee tables are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage that occurs during moving, handling, or shipping (after delivery)
- Labor or service costs for removal, installation, or inspection
- Items that have been modified, altered, or used for commercial purposes
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.
- We will assess your claim and may request additional information or ask that the item be returned for inspection.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item or part at no additional cost. In some cases, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Important Notes
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Do not attempt to return any item without first receiving authorization from our support team.
