I could wear jeans and a hoodie and go out on the planet rather than receive any negative attention at all. A guy, nevertheless, will usually receive some form of attention, and will most definitely be splitting a norm if that he goes out in a frilly skirt. And there is where we have the inequality as well as, the actual line, I do believe, in between cross dressing and just using women’s clothing.
If one dons women’s clothing to feel feminine and to appear girly, that is cross dressing up. If one wear ‘women’s’ clothes because a single likes the style or even one finds it to be comfortable, that isn’t cross dressing. That is just dressing.
